Ensure that you brush your teeth often with a soft brush moving in a circular motion so that this can stimulate the gums. The tissue around the teeth will be strengthened as well as the teeth. Flossing will be important too and will remove the plaque that is between the teeth. Use anti-gingivitis toothpaste to brush the teeth. The toothpaste neutralizes the plaque and prevents gum disease. The dentist will come up with a treatment plan for you if the gums are bleeding.
